BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
When cancelling or rescheduling a service booked at Centini Blowdry Bar you are required to give CENTINI Blowdry bar a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid been charged, a blowdry taken off your Smart Hair Package and/or obtain a full refund if pre-paid. Refunds are processed 10 days after the end of the booking month. In the event you need us to process your refund before the end of the booking month email support@myblowdrybar.co.uk
In the unfortunate event you arrive late for your appointment and the stylist is not able to do your hair you will be charged, a blowdry removed from your package and not obtain a full refund if pre-paid.

Online: You can cancel or reschedule directly online by logging in to your Centini Blowdry Bar online booking profile. Please allow 10 working day from the end of the booking month for the refund to be processed.
We do not offer refunds on hair services obtain at Centini Blowdry Bar.
We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers purchased.
