Cancellation - Reschedule Policy
CANCELLATION - CREDIT NOTE AND REFUND POLICY
When cancelling or rescheduling a service booked at Centini Blowdry Bar you are required to give CENTINI Blowdry Bar a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid been charged, a blowdry taken off your Smart Hair Package and/or obtain a CREDIT NOTE if pre-paid.
When you cancel an appointment within the cancellation period you will receive a CREDIT NOTE, via email, for the amount you paid at the time of booking. There is no expiry date on the CREDIT NOTE.
In the event you'd prefer to be refunded on the card used to pay for the booking and not obtain a CREDIT NOTE, the amount refunded will be minus Stripe Card Processing Fee. This is a charged imposed by Stripe LLC and not by Centini Blowdry Bar.
Example - on a £38 blowdry Stripe Card Processing Fee is £0.77. When refunded on your card you'll receive £37.23 (£38-£0.77)

Refunds on cancelled appointments within the cancellation period are processed 10 days after the end of the booking month. In the event you need us to process your refund before the end of the booking month email jcentini@myblowdrybar.co.uk
ARRIVING LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
In the unfortunate event you arrive late for your appointment and the stylist is not able to do your hair you will be charged, a blowdry removed from your package and not obtain a CREDIT NOTE OR REFUND if pre-paid.
How to cancel or reschedule an appointment during the 24 hours notice period:

Online: You can cancel or reschedule directly online by logging in to your Centini Blowdry Bar online booking profile.
Please allow 10 working day from the end of the booking month for the refund to be processed.
We do not offer refunds on hair services obtain at Centini Blowdry Bar.
We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers purchased.
